Monitored visit for families referred by the Domestic Relations Court, divorce, or co-parenting cases. Conducted by Supervised Visitation Network  (SVN) trained providers, in a secure, neutral setting.

Brief, solution-focused counseling session.

Standard psychotherapy session addressing individualized treatment goals.

Extended psychotherapy session for complex or dual-diagnosis cases.

3-hour structured therapy session focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, and recovery stabilization.

Comprehensive medical and substance-use assessment, initiation of approved MAT medications (Sublocade, Vivitrol, etc.), and required urine drug screen.

Ongoing medication management, counseling integration, and required drug screen.

Monitored test collection that is sent to a laboratory for review and results. 

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, including diagnostic interview and medication review.

20–30 minute appointment for ongoing evaluation of medication response, side effects, and treatment adjustments.
