Our referral page is designed for professionals and community partners seeking a simple and secure way to connect clients to behavioral health and substance use treatment services in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Referrals may be submitted for mental health services, substance use assessments, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), psychiatric evaluation and medication management, and supervised visitation services.
We serve adults and families throughout Cleveland, Warrensville Heights, and Northeast Ohio. New Visions Unlimited accepts Ohio Medicaid, Medicaid managed care plans, and select commercial insurance. Our intake team reviews referrals promptly and follows up with clients within one business day.

What to Expect After You Submit
Once a referral is submitted, our intake team reviews the information and contacts the client within one business day. We coordinate scheduling, verify insurance, and communicate with the referral source as appropriate.
Throughout treatment, we provide regular updates to referral partners, including weekly status reports when applicable. Our goal is to ensure a smooth intake process and ongoing collaboration to support positive client outcomes.
