Supervised Visitation Services
At New Visions Unlimited, Inc., we understand that safe, meaningful contact between children and their parents can be a vital component of healing and reunification—especially in situations where substance use, mental health challenges, or court-ordered involvement have created complex dynamics. Our supervised visitation services provide a structured, welcoming environment where children can spend time with their parent while being supported by trained staff who prioritize safety, dignity, and connection. As proud members of the Supervised Visitation Network (SVN), we follow nationally recognized best practices and ethical standards to ensure that every visit is conducted with professionalism, consistency, and care.
We offer two distinct supervised visitation options designed to meet the diverse needs of families we serve:

2
Supportive Parenting Time
-
For families involved with the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services (CCDCFS), we offer Supportive Parenting Time, a Medicaid-covered service available through Ohio Medicaid.
-
This program is designed to help parents who are working toward reunification with their children by providing non-judgmental feedback, parenting education, and skill-building during visits.
-
Sessions are facilitated by a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) who is trained in supervised visitation by the Supervised Visitation Network
-
This specialized approach ensures that parents receive compassionate guidance and practical tools to strengthen their relationship with their children and progress toward safe, stable reunification.
Fee-for-Service Visitation
-
This option supports families involved in the Domestic Relations Court, those navigating divorce or co-parenting arrangements, or families seeking a neutral, structured setting for parent-child interaction.
-
Sessions are available on a private-pay basis and provide a safe, professionally monitored environment that focuses on maintaining positive family connections while minimizing conflict.
-
Parents can expect clear boundaries, detailed documentation, and staff who ensure each visit remains child-centered and consistent with any court orders or parenting plans.
